Casino Hire

All events last up to the time period stated on the invoice and do not include set up and breakdown of the equipment. The hire cost will include the agreed time as so instructed on the invoice, or in certain circumstances, in agreement with the event organiser.

We cannot take responsibility for events that begin after the agreed time of the hire in any circumstances except, where it can be shown, that through our actions we have been the cause of the delay. For instance, failure by guests to arrive delaying the start of the event or delays caused by activities running over into the time allotted for the casino, preventing the casino hire from beginning, is the sole responsibility of the Client and will be included in the hire period. No refunds will be made if the casino hire is delayed due to circumstances outside the direct control of Red & Black Casinos.

Red & Black Casinos always provide high quality casino equipment at a set price irrespective of how many people use it and how much you may charge them for it. Prices are inclusive of professionally trained croupiers and all equipment.


All staff will conduct themselves politely and professionally when dealing with the Client and his/her guests prior to, during and after the planned event.

Age restrictions

For legal and insurance purposes, minors under the age of 16 years old must, at all times, be supervised by a responsible adult.

Booking and Payment

Placing an order with Red & Black Casinos, either verbally or via e-mail regardless of whether a booking form has been returned or deposit paid it is deemed that the Client has read, understood, fully agreed to and is bound by all terms and conditions of hire. Red & Black Casinos will require a £50 or 10% deposit (whichever is greater) to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable.

It is understood by the Client that any agreement may be viewed by Red & Black Casinos as tentative and not binding until initial payment is made and by making payment the Client is agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Full payment must be made with fund clear in Red & Black Casinos account prior to the event or on the day before the casino opens. Payment is accepted via Bank Transfer, cheque or alternatively, cash on the day.

If requested, additional hours will be billed to the Client at 40% of the total cost per hour (increments of one hour for periods of 15 – 60 minutes). The Client will be afforded the opportunity to extend the event provided all of the terms and conditions of the contract are met, at the discretion of the acting representative of Red & Black Casinos.

The Client agrees that the event is hosted by the Client. In the event that the Client misrepresents the purpose of party or event, Red & Black Casinos has the unilateral right to cancel / terminate party and The Client would be the liable party for cancellation fees as stated below.

By making payment the Client agrees that they have been made fully aware of the terms of the Lotteries and Amusements Act 1976 and The Gambling Act 2005 and that gaming can only take place where prizes are awarded.


Once a booking has been confirmed by Red & Black Casinos, either verbally or by email, this forms the basis of a contract under English law. Any cancellation by the client is subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the original hire agreement. Cancellations within 14 days of the hire date will be charged at the original hire agreement rate subject to the discretion of the management.

In the event that you need to cancel a booking, you must notify Red & Black Casinos immediately in writing. Any outstanding monies become liable in full immediately following cancellation.


Your Fun casino tables will be delivered and assembled prior to the planned event by us. Unless a fee is paid or the Client makes a special request, set up and break down times are entirely at the discretion of Red & Black Casinos and its representatives.

That said, Red & Black Casinos always aim to arrive approximately one hour prior to the start time. It is the responsibility of the Client to inform us in advance of any parking issues or difficulties with regard to accessing the proposed venue. Failure to do so may result in our inability to start at the agreed time for which we will not be liable.

Client Liability

The Client will be liable for any damage or loss suffered to Red & Black Casinos during the 'Hire Period' of our casino equipment. The 'Hire Period' is defined as running from the time the casino equipment is assembled to the time the casino equipment is disassembled by us. Any loss or damage to the casino equipment will be the sole liability of the Client, not the venue provider. In the event of any guest(s) tampering or damaging the casino equipment the cost of repair or replacement of the casino equipment will fall solely on the Client.

Occasionally, guests can become difficult or unruly whilst playing the casino tables, particularly when alcohol has been consumed. In such instances, the Client will be responsible for the actions and conduct of their guests without exception. In certain circumstances, guests may be refused access to the casino tables where it is considered their participation will have a detrimental effect on the game in progress or other guests’ enjoyment of the casino games. We further reserve the right to terminate the casino hire, with immediate effect, if our staff are subjected to unacceptable behaviour, verbal or physical abuse by the Client or by any other person attending the casino games. In such circumstances, no refunds will be due to the Client.

Our Liability

Our liability to the client is up to the cost of the value of the booking agreed on the booking confirmation. In circumstances where, for any reason, the casino hire does not take place due to a failure to show by us or for some other unforeseeable event the total amount claimable from us is the total price of the casino hire as agreed on the booking confirmation. No other damages or loss will be accepted by us to the client or any third party.

The client is assured that Red & Black Casinos always do their best to attend all functions. However, if for any reason we are unable to do so, the client will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of any monies paid, including their deposit. In the unlikely event that we arrive late due to circumstances outside of our control, the client will have the opportunity for the operating time to extended up to the period booked or only pay for the operating time of the casino on a pro rata basis. Any refunds due will be paid in full by Red & Black Casinos within 14 days.

Red & Black Casinos reserves the right to cancel this Agreement at any time, with or without notice, in the event that any term, condition or promise in this Agreement has been or is being violated. In such event, there will be no reimbursement or credit towards any fee previously paid or any fee still owing.

We will at all times endeavour to live up to the very high standards we set ourselves to ensure all clients receive the very best in service from Red & Black Casinos. If problems do occur (and they occasionally do) we will do all in our power to rectify and resolve problems to the Clients satisfaction.


Whenever possible we will dissemble and remove the fun casino at the end of the mutually agreed time period. If disassembly of the fun casino is not possible at the end of the mutually agreed time period we will secure the fun casino equipment and return at a later time. This is however subject to the direction and discretion of the venue provider.


We reserve the right to end our service, at the discretion of the management, at any time during the casino hire, if it is believed that the customer or any of their guests are acting with disruptive, dangerous or reckless conduct towards our staff or equipment during the Hire period. In such an eventuality, the management reserves the right to withhold payment, either full or part for any time outstanding or not completed. Further, we reserve the right to surcharge the customer for any loss or damage to our equipment occurring during the hire of any of our equipment by the customer or his/her guest's misconduct or negligence. We will however strive to resolve any and all disputes reasonably and equitably.
